What is a Designer Health Net On-Line Personal Fitness Plan?

“I’m going to work out next week. Really, I will.” Does this sound like you? I know… no one really likes to head off to the gym after a long day at work when a pair of comfy sweatpants and a new episode of your favorite TV show are waiting for you at home. If you’re looking for a way to get in shape while eating snacks on the couch, I hate to tell you the bad news, but it’s just not going to happen.
Participation in a regular fitness plan has been shown to produce positive changes in a number of organ systems. These changes include, but are not limited to, decrease in obesity, increase in energy, and decreased risk of diseases such as diabetes, heart attack, stroke, bone and joint disease, and some cancers. In other words, you need to exercise for a better and healthier life. Simply owning the gym membership card doesn’t count.

Fortunately, I can help make working out easy and pleasurable. A Designer Health Net On-Line Personalized Fitness Plan, or PFP, is a custom-designed workout plan created just for you. If you have been finding it difficult to find ways to work out every day, or to fit exercise into your daily routine, I can help you change that.

With a PFP you will have the freedom to work out where and when you want. Your PFP will suit all of your personal preferences and fitness needs. Your fitness plan will focus on turning your current health and body shape into your desired health and body shape, all while keeping in mind your preferences for when and where you like to work out.

Best of all, with your PFP you are never on your own. Simply use your personal login information to get started with Fitness Generator, which acts as a cyberspace gym. Just follow the instructions and plan given and watch the animated guides as they show you how to follow through with every workout move. If you’re slacking off, I’ll know and I’ll get you back on track! Trust me; it is for your own good!

How is a PFP customized for me?

When you log into our Fitness Generator, a three to five day workout plan will be custom-designed just for you according to the answers and feedback you provide. Your body needs time to rest and recover, so three to five days of working out is best for most people. The PFP that is generated for you will include a workout prescription for each day of your workout plan, to help keep you on schedule. It will also include tracking logs which allows both you and Kristé to monitor your daily progress and make any necessary adjustments.

Once your PFP is complete, familiarize yourself with it. Your body will respond better to workouts if you are aware of what is coming next. If you have any questions about your PFP or feel that something on your PFP should be changed, contact Kristé within seven days, as all changes are free within that time. Contact Kristé via phone or email and we will go through your PFP together, step by step.

Once you and Kristé have come to an agreed-upon PFP, your job is to follow your PFP carefully! If you experience anxiety about your workouts, contact Kristé and let her know what you are feeling. Some anxiety is normal; your body will be going through intense changes as you begin your workout routine. This is actually a good thing—it means the workouts are having an effect. A workout that produces no stress or anxiety is usually a sign that the workout is not doing its job. However, in the beginning you may find that working out is very difficult, but don’t worry—it will get easier and easier every day, as long as you stick to the schedule. If you have serious concerns that your PFP is too difficult, too easy, or could be causing harm to your body, contact Kristé right away and the two of you will tailor your plan together.

Kristé recommends updating your PFP every three months. As your body gets used to the same routine, one of two things may happen. Firstly, you may become bored with the routine and lack the motivation to stay committed to the program. Secondly, as your muscles grow and you continue to get fitter and fitter, you will continuously need more challenging routines to keep pushing your body harder and harder. Once you have mastered a routine the routine will no longer challenge your muscles, flexibility, or endurance as well as it first did. It is your responsibility to contact Kristé for a new PFP every few months, and the process will begin again from the beginning.

There’s no better time in life to get in shape then now!
